Data Collection Seminar (Ontario) - MWDBOI

This seminar covers the various Ministry and agency reports that a
school may generate through Maplewood. The relationship between
integral data and such reports is emphasized throughout the day.
Reports to be included are: Monthly Enrolment Reports, October
Report, March Report, Student Information System (SIS), Ontario
Universities Application Centre (OUAC) and Ontario College
Application Service (OCAS) Transmissions, Postal Code Report,
Ontario School Board Insurance Exchange (OSBIE), IRIS (Immunization
Record Inventory System) and Ontario Education Number (OEN).
OCAS/OUAC Seminar (Ontario) - MWSOOI
Recommended Participants: Secondary Student Services and/or Head Secretaries
Duration:Full Day
Level: Intermediate
Participants of this seminar will explore the various areas within
the Maplewood Secondary system that contribute to the Ontario
College Application Services (OCAS) and Ontario Universities
Application Centre (OUAC) submissions. From the early stages of
identifying potential applicants through current timetables and
transcripts, this seminar covers the relationship between integral
data and the four submissions. Specific topics include: Codes,
Courses, Classes, alternative learning, student timetables, student
history, and finally, creating and verifying the transmissions.
PEN/1701 (British Columbia) - MWBBPI

Participants of this seminar will explore the various areas within
the Maplewood system that contribute to the PEN/1701 files. The
relationship between integral data and the PEN/1701 is emphasized
throughout the day. Specific topics include: School Set Up, Adding
New Students, Student Records, Creating the files, verifying the
file and Importing PEN numbers.
TRAX (British Columbia) - MWSBTI

submissions. From the early stages of identifying respective
potential applicants through current timetables and transcripts,
this seminar covers the relationship between integral data and the
four submissions. Specific topics include: Codes, Courses, Classes,

QS Audit (British Columbia) - MWBBQI
Recommended Participants: Elementary and Secondary Secretaries
Duration: Half Day
Level: Intermediate
As spring approaches, so too do the auditors. Be prepared by
attending this seminar focusing on preparing for and creating the QS
Audit report within Maplewood. Participants will learn methods of
ensuring the attendance totals for all grade levels is correct as
well as understand the calculations used to derive the statistics
and qualifying students. Specific topics include: Student Records,
Attendance Registers, Attendance Codes, Qualifying/Non-qualifying
conditions, creating the report and analyzing the results.
EIS (Manitoba) - MWBMEI
